My week

has been a lot about writing, writing, and more writing.

Right as my week was beginning, I decided to go out to lunch and see The Help with my grandma, which we both really enjoyed. Lucille is the most beautiful, easy going person I know. As long as the movie theater seats were comfortable, which she obviously commented on them being, then she could have sat there for hours and hours. She loved the book so I thought it would be nice for us to see the movie together.

Our lunch was at the diner we go to every single time we have lunch, which is quite often. The waiters know her as if they have waited her table for years and years.. Before this diner she lived in Long Island where she had her first favorite diner. It’s funny how no matter what state you leave, or town, or city, or neighborhood, you will always find your new favorite diner where in less than a week the waitress knows how you like your coffee, how many slices of bacon you want, and how much tuna you want in your sandwich.

I love having a favorite go to diner.

Love you grandma. Thank you for taking time to relax with me on a Monday.. It really made me even more motivated to get back to work and start my week, which I must say so far, is doing pretty damn great!
