My mom walks into the living room
Mom: I'm going to wake Emily up.
Me: Okay
Mom leaves living room. Comes back a minute later
Mom: Oh My God. She's not there! I'm going to ask dad if he knows where she is..
Me: Okay
Mom leaves living room, again. Comes back in.
Mom: So she told dad last night she'd be home by 10 AM..
Me: She'll be home soon
An hour and a half later Emily walks into the apartment
Me: So, what did you do last night?
Emily: You have no idea.
Me: Well, I went to bed at 11 after watching Top Chef all night, so can you please tell me what you did so I can live through you?
Emily: I went out to this restaurant with friends and then went to this great new club called Greenhouse.
Me: You're 16.
Emily: What were you doing when you were 14?
Me: HMM
Emily: Going to clubs. So you can't say anything
Me: Fine
